General Terms and Conditions for Meet the Blogger Amsterdam 2013

Participants

Participants can buy max. five tickets. One for themselves, and one for other bloggers/friends. All participants are bloggers in the area of home, design or lifestyle bloggers. It is compulsory for participants to mention their blog url. on the registration form.

Cancelling a registration

Meet the Blogger does not offer the opportunity to cancel a ticket. The ticket is non-refundable. The provision of a replacement participant is, however, free of charge.

Cancellations and changes

Meet the Blogger reserves the right to cancel or to reschedule workshop locations or times, or to arrange a substitute speakers if there are less than ten participants, an unforeseen problem with the instructor, or other unforeseen reasons which are out of Meet the Bloggers’ organisations’ control. In these cases, the Meet the Blogger organisation is not required to compensate loss of working time, or other damages, and in other cases only when there is gross negligence.

Images and online(video)footage

The participants declare their agreement that the Meet the Blogger organization has the right to create images and footage of the event, which will possibly include the participant, and use these images and footage for reference and marketing purposes.

Evaluation

The participants declare their agreement that Meet the Blogger has the right to use statements and opinions expressed in the evaluation as well as names and company names for marketing purposes.

Information

The participants express their consent to the use of their general and contact information for the purpose of receiving Meet the Blogger event sponsor materials.
